Ranging from simple Estate Planning to more complex plans with multiple trusts, our Estate Planning practice has seen steady growth. For a typical Estate Planning client, we may recommend any or all of the following: Will, Revocable or Irrevocable Trust, Durable Power of Attorney for Property, Power of Attorney for Health Care, Disposition of Remains, and DNR. We analyze each individual client’s situation to arrive at a plan that best serves the client. We charge hourly for our services, but we are willing to provide a maximum, do-not-exceed amount after reviewing the questionnaire completed by the client. In so doing, our clients are well aware of the costs of the plan and avoid the potential sticker shock of a more extensive plan by knowing a do-not-exceed maximum limit.
